This Privacy Policy describes how Krishi Kranti ("we", "us", "the Service Provider") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Krishi Kranti mobile application ("the App").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password (stored securely by Firebase Authentication) and your selected role in the App.
- Business and transaction data: orders, payments, receipts, product and ledger information that you enter or upload in the App.
- Photos and files: images, receipts or documents you choose to upload from your camera or gallery. Text may be recognised on-device using Google ML Kit.
- Audio: voice recordings you choose to record and send within the App (requires microphone permission).
- Device and usage data: device identifiers, app version, notification tokens and diagnostic information used for notifications and app stability.
We do not collect your precise location or contacts.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you (including SMS OTP verification).
- To provide the App's features, such as orders, payments, receipts and messaging.
- To send notifications about your activity and important updates.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud and improve the App.
3. Permissions
- Internet: to sync data with our servers.
- Microphone: to record voice messages.
- Camera / photos: to attach images and receipts.
- Notifications, vibration, wake lock: to deliver alerts.
- Phone call: to open the dialer when you choose to call a contact from the App.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, as needed to operate the App, or when required by law.
6. Data Security and Retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with access rules. No method is 100% secure. We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing nepprk@gmail.com from your registered email or phone number. We will process requests within a reasonable period, except for data we must keep by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
